Who we work with
Families and individuals
You work hard, earn a good income, and want to make sure you're not leaving money on the table at tax time. Maybe you've had a raise, a new baby, or a home purchase. You want a CPA who helps you plan ahead, not just react once a year.
Business owners
You're running a business and wearing a lot of hats. You want your books to be clean, your taxes to be handled smartly, and a CPA who can help you answer questions like "should I be an LLC or an S-Corp?" and "am I paying myself the right way?"
Trusts and estates
You're a trustee, an executor, or a family navigating an inheritance, and you need trust, estate, or gift tax returns handled correctly and on time. We prepare Forms 1041, 706, and 709 and help you understand what's required, so you can carry out your responsibilities with confidence.
What we help with

Year-Round Tax Planning (not just tax filing)
Most people only think about taxes once a year. As your CPA, we work with you throughout the year to make sure you're not overpaying, not getting caught off guard, and making smart decisions before deadlines instead of after. That includes things like reviewing your paycheck withholdings, planning around bonuses or side income, and making sure you're taking advantage of every deduction and credit available to you. This is what year-round tax planning with a CPA looks like.
Tax Preparation (individuals, businesses, trusts & estates)
We prepare and file returns of all kinds, from straightforward individual returns to complex business, trust, and estate filings. That includes individual returns (Form 1040), S-corporation and partnership returns (1120-S and 1065), trust and estate income tax returns (Form 1041), and estate and gift tax returns (Forms 706 and 709), along with multi-state filings. Whether you're an individual, a business owner, or a family navigating an inheritance or an estate, your return is prepared carefully, reviewed thoroughly, and explained to you in plain language before anything is filed.
Tax + Financial Planning Together (CPA + CFP® in one advisor)
Most people get tax advice from one person and financial advice from another, and the two never talk. Because Daniel is both a CPA and a CFP®, we bring both together. That means when you're deciding how much to save for retirement, whether to change your business structure, or how to handle a big life change, the tax side and the financial side are considered at the same time by the same advisor. This integrated approach is what sets a CPA/CFP® apart from a regular tax preparer.
Bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online)
Clean books, calm decisions. We keep your business finances accurate and up to date on a set schedule so when tax time comes, when you need a loan, or when you just want to know how your business is doing, the numbers are ready. No scrambling. No guessing. We use QuickBooks Online so everything stays organized in one place.
Why does it matter that your CPA and financial planner are the same person?
Here's a simple example. Say you're deciding how much to put into your retirement account this year. A tax advisor might say "max it out because it lowers your tax bill." A financial planner might say "actually, you need that cash for a down payment in six months." If those two advisors aren't talking, you get conflicting advice.
Because Daniel holds both the CPA and CFP® credentials, you get one advisor who sees the full picture. Your tax strategy and your life goals get built together, not separately. That's what integrated tax and financial planning means.
